All U.S. orders of $200 or more qualify for FREE USPS Priority shipping.

Please note that all markdown styles and masks are final sale—no refunds or exchanges.
Customers returning items for store credit or exchange are responsible for return shipping costs ($8.25). We aim to ship all U.S. orders within 48 business hours (excluding weekends). USPS Priority domestic mail typically delivers within 2–3 business days from the date of mailing.

Returns & Exchanges:

To request a return or exchange, please email info@cloudgazers.com. Unworn and unwashed garments may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 21 days of purchase with a receipt. Final sale items (gift cards, masks, promotional items, and markdown styles) cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in their original condition. Any signs of wear will result in the return being declined. If you receive defective merchandise, we will replace it when possible or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued. Cloudgazers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.

Merchandise Availability:

Merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You can always verify availability by calling Customer Service at 213.343.9462. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your items have shipped.
